O Projeto JudinetPT tem como objectivo o reforço dos mecanismos de cooperação judiciária. Neste contexto, um dos principais objectivos do JudinetPT é aumentar a confiança mútua e a cooperação entre os tribunais da UE, através da tradução para inglês e da disponibilização de acórdãos proferidos pelo Supremo Tribunal de Justiça Português, que se revestem de particular interesse para o direito comunitário.

The JudinetPT Project aims at strengthening the mechanisms of judicial cooperation.
